The professional men and women of Hubbard have literally paved the way for hundreds of public and private projects that have supported the Southeast's rise to prominence. Hubbard is Florida's largest heavy civil construction company with yearly revenues of more than $300 million. We are a subsidiary of the Hubbard Group of Orlando, Florida. Our parent company, Eurovia, operates through a network of 330 agencies and 770 production sites in 17 countries around the world.

"Our goal is to provide Hubbard employees real opportunity for professional development and to assist them with defining their career path within the company," said Human Resources Training Coordinator Brian Smylie.
It's easy to get started in the training program. Employees choose a topic they would like to learn more about, then they work through a series of training modules designed for a specific function within that career field.
Smylie is also working with Orange County Public Schools to offer a vocational training program at Mid-Florida Technical School in several craft trade areas including Pipelaying, Asphalt Plant Operations and Roadway. These classes should provide 20 trained personnel per session to add to our growing workforce.
